The Seasonal Cycles
The Practice of Returning unfolds through four seasonal cycles each year.
Every cycle holds a theme inspired by nature — guiding our practice through phases of expansion, strength, release, and integration.
We move along with the nature's rhythms instead of always pushing through with the same intensity.
Themes 2026:
Spring – Reawakening
Summer – Strength
Autumn – Release
Winter – Integration

While the themes align with nature’s seasons, each cycle opens and closes when the previous one feels complete — rather than strictly following the calendar.
Each cycle builds upon the last — creating continuity without pressure.

This spring, we are looking to clear old patterns, soften self-judgement, begin again without punishment, and find ways to practice discipline without self-abandonment.

We return to the practice with the question: What are things that I would like to grow inside me and though my practice this season? The focus is in self-observations and re-connecting with the joy of the practice. Re-connecting with spaciousness, growth and fresh energy.
