The Practice of Returning
The Practice of Returning is my long-term container for women who want stability, awareness, and self-trust through consistent practice.
It's a space for women to come back — to the practice, to body, to awareness, and to self-trust.
It 's a seasonal practice rooted in natural cycles — inviting women to return to themselves through consistent awareness and shared practice.
It's built on the understanding that nothing is missing.
Nothing needs to be forced.
We are simply learning how to return to the spaciousness and wisdom inside.
Through consistent practice and gentle observation, we begin to notice where we leave ourselves — and how to come home again.
The practice is not about achieving perfect postures.
It's about creating conditions where trust and self-knowledge can reappear.
It's about returning to the practice as the simple act of being and observing - and finding truth and liberation.
The Practice of Return includes:
Online classes
Seasonal cycles
Workshops
Retreat preparation
Community support
The Practice of Returning unfolds through four seasonal cycles each year.
We look into the nature's seasons as an inspiration and guidance and approach our long term practice through following the cycles of nature. Each season has a special theme and a gift. These cycles guide our practice through phases of expansion, strength, release, and integration.
Together, they create a living rhythm of expanding and returning to the natural rhythms and wisdom of life.

Why Seasonal Practice?
Nature moves in cycles.
The body moves in cycles.
Energy expands and withdraws.
... While modern life pushes constant productivity.

Instead of forcing growth year-round, we we observe the ebbs and flows of our inner nature and respect the natural rhythm while leaning to the traditional yoga practice.

Current Cycle
Spring — Reawakening
From April 2nd to June 18th 2026

This spring, we are looking to clear old patterns, soften self-judgement, begin again without punishment, and find ways to practice discipline without self-abandonment.
We return to the practice with the question: What are the things that I would like to grow inside me and though my practice this season?
The focus is in self-observations and re-connecting with the joy of the practice. Re-connecting with spaciousness, growth and fresh energy.
Each cycle builds upon the previous one — creating continuity.
